NDEMU Online Applications- Online Admissions information
NDEMU / EMI Online Application Non-Federal applicants for National Disaster & Emergency Management University (NDEMU) / Emergency Management Institute (EMI) courses must use the appropriate State Training Officer (STO) as “Head of Organization”. Please place Ronda Warner as the Head of Organization Name, Title is Utah STO, email is rwarner1@utah.gov
Completion of the IS‑13: NDEMU Conduct and Behavior Course is compulsory before participating in any NDEMU training at the National Disaster & Emergency Management University (NDEMU). It’s important to note that this course only needs to be completed once. This course will be treated as a mandatory prerequisite for all courses.
