Local, County and Tribal Jurisdiction Emergency Managers may request FEMA and other emergency management related courses by completing a Training Request Form.

Completion of the IS‑13: NDEMU Conduct and Behavior Course is compulsory before participating in any NDEMU training at the National Disaster & Emergency Management University (NDEMU). It’s important to note that this course only needs to be completed once. This course will be treated as a mandatory prerequisite for all courses.
